Now 11 days! Yesterday I had cravings so bad but I ended up going to a meeting and it all worked out :)

Smart feet! Even when I think I want to drink I can depend upon AA & my HP to bring my back from the shaky edge! It has worked for 7 years in some pretty rough going.

Keep coming back, cause it works if you work it!

2 full weeks sober today! Longest sobriety I've had in 2 years. I was feeling real bad physically and mentally but today I have felt much better. I still feel a little foggy and shaky but I have a great outpatient therapy program. So happy for my 2 weeks. Not a lot of time but a lot for me.

Then look at it as the big accomplishment it is; don't minimize your efforts! And as for the physical and mental discomfort, I promise it will get better.
