Happy Easter!

Post by ezdzit247 » Sun Apr 16, 2017 3:22 pm

I'm not at all religious but I do love this holiday. As a recovering alcoholic in AA, for me it's a day to celebrate my own "resurrection" from the living death of alcoholism and reflect on how grateful I am to have been delivered from a hopeless, helpless state of mind, body and spirit by my higher power and the fellowship of AA. Thank you, one and all!

I know what you mean EZ, and I share your gratitude. We are so blessed.

Passover and Easter are great holidays and it is a reminder of the promises of the past and for the future.
Work hard, stay positive, and get up early. It's the best part of the day.
