Welcome, Tellulahbelle! Feel free to tell us a bit about your story if you would like so that we can get to know you better. Also, feel free to post in any of the forums here.

Thank you all for the kind and warm welcomes. I am three years into sobriety but I seeking a new way to stay in touch with others within the aa community and looking for a different type of program or meeting schedule since I live in a very rural area and I have two children ages 7 & 2 that have special needs which makes leaving home without them impossible because most people can't handle them. I have let it affect my staying faithful to my meetings and also every other aspect in mine and my husbands lives.

Welcome to you. I'm glad you found us, especially considering your challenges in life. Mine are different and self-imposed -- I just work too much to get to meetings when normal people can get to meetings. So e-AA has become a lifeline, a place where I can go to be inspired and recharged. I hope you find it to be the same. It doesn't matter if 2am is the only time you can come here. There may not be anyone here (but there probably will). However, there are years worth of posts and shares to read, laugh and cry with. It's like they happen all over again, only on MY schedule! 8)

Please share more about yourself when you have time. And jump into the conversations. Your experience, strength and hope will help us all.
