I totally agree. Many many of my favorite musicians and composers have done their best work and began winning grammy awards AFTER they got clean & sober.

I love jazz!!! I grew up in the Philly area, which is a big jazz Philly (Coltrane lived her for a while).

Check out WRTI (Temple University jazz and classical radio). I'm sure you can find it online.

Also, "Chasing Trane" was a cool documentary about John Coltrane that came out recently.
