Oh Where Oh Where Has Texan Gone?

Post by Marc L » Mon Dec 17, 2012 11:08 am

We in AA normally don't keep tabs on members.
But I am of an unusual sort and occasionally
wonder what could have become of a vanished poster.
Here is a WildGuess as to his WhereAbouts.
Texan hooked up with Lee YillDell from Florida
and they headed out to Oregon to help Karl
chase down a Ferile Hog.
The three of them got Lost in the Woods
and created their version of 'Lord of the Flies'.
Let's hope they brought some AA Literature with them
for MoonLight Readings.

"You're a Loon!"

(Monty Python & The Holy Grail)
Step 6 is "AA's way of stating, the best possible attitude one can take in order to make a beginning on this lifetime job... with most of them we shall have to be content with patient improvement." 12&12 Step Six, p.65

If Texan brought some of his signature hot sauce to Oregon with him, he will probably be the only survivor.
Step 1: I can't
Step 2: He can
Step 3: I think I'll let him

I have the SPAM song as my cell ring tone!

"The little machine that goes 'PING!' " from The Meaning of Life is my text notification!

Either Karl didn't get the 'Ping' or he ran home to MaMa.
