You can make these in advance and freeze them in the Italian dressing mix. If you use jalapeno's, they will get a little hotter after they've been frozen. Cook them over a charcoal/mesquite fire and they be even better. I cook duck, pleasant and other wild game like this. I've got some elk steak that I'm going to do for Christmas minus the pepper in the middle. Of course, everything tastes better with bacon wrapped around it. :lol: :lol: :lol:
