I would suggest trying the contact numbers provided.

You have nothing to lose and much to gain by taking advantage of the resources that are available.

You never know, there may be some known contacts nearer to Bohol ~ and before you know it, you'll be able to start a Bohol meeting !

I would start with the contact for 'other meetings' ~ Dean. He may just have some helpful information, particularly if he has been contacted by others from Bohol.

0917-630-3545

and then work through the helpline numbers listed on previous page.

We have an e-AA discussion Forum dedicated to Newcomers
http://www.e-aa.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=11

Our Email Recovery Meeting has daily and weekly readings from AA approved literature, with a range
of recovery topics. You can subscribe here:

http://e-aameetings.org/mailman/listinf ... etings.org

e-AA also provides a temporary sponsor facility. This was designed to be an email arrangement although some use Skype or telephone by personal arrangement.
The arrangement has proved invaluable for many who are unable to access face to face AA.
To request a temporary sponsor to get you started with the AA programme,
please complete the form here:

http://www.e-aa.org/form_sponsors.php
Step 6 is "AA's way of stating, the best possible attitude one can take in order to make a beginning on this lifetime job... with most of them we shall have to be content with patient improvement." 12&12 Step Six, p.65
