I would suggest trying the contact numbers provided.

You have nothing to lose and much to gain by taking advantage of the resources that are available.

You never know, there may be some known contacts nearer to Bohol ~ and before you know it, you'll be able to start a Bohol meeting !

I would start with the contact for 'other meetings' ~ Dean. He may just have some helpful information, particularly if he has been contacted by others from Bohol.

0917-630-3545

and then work through the helpline numbers listed on previous page.

We have an e-AA discussion Forum dedicated to Newcomers
http://www.e-aa.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=11

Our Email Recovery Meeting has daily and weekly readings from AA approved literature, with a range
of recovery topics. You can subscribe here:

e-AA also provides a temporary sponsor facility. This was designed to be an email arrangement although some use Skype or telephone by personal arrangement.
The arrangement has proved invaluable for many who are unable to access face to face AA.
To request a temporary sponsor to get you started with the AA programme,
please complete the form here:

I found a contact address and the following information about Panglao. I thnk the regular meeting to which they refer, is at Bohol, but it's worth sending an email to whatever address one can find. You never know what options this may reveal !
Let us know how you get on.

PANGLAO: What a beautiful Island. White Sand Beaches, Food, and... Night Life! Our literature tells us we will have the freedom to go anywhere, and do anything we want. Just so long as we are spiritually fit. As far as I know, there are not any AA Meetings on Panglao Island. If you would like an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting while on Panglao, we have regular meetings on Wednesday night at 5:30 pm. If you just want some fellowship, that can always be arranged anytime. Baclayon is only 25 minutes from the white sand beaches of Panglao. If one of us is free, we might come to you as well.
