I understand (most of) the words, but I don't understand the meaning. :confused:

If you think this could serve as a "Visitors' Book", then I think we should consider installing it.

But blogging is all the rage right now.

Anyway, if you just want/need something simple so people can say hello, you could create a new forum called "Guestbook" and allow visitors (unregistered people) to post in that forum.
