Knowing I am not the only AA Loner in the world and that I have what I have today because I gave it away yesterday. :D

Michael Dell and his ideas...
My home PC had been dragging its ass lately and I was having trouble getting on the internet to manage my pages.
So this AM I called up Dell computers and bought a HotRod!!!!! which will show up on my doorstep in about ten to fifteen days.
God bless America.

This morning Im grateful that I can be aware that I actually have things to be grateful for.

The word 'grateful' or 'gratitude' was never in my vocabularly pre- AA.

Taking time to write answers I don't think will really matter to the one who asked the question, and after it all, still feeling remarkably good about it.

That it is possible for me to get in contact, now that I am getting old& can,t get to as many meetings as I would like, these machines have opened up a new wide world, just for me. Wonderful. The heavens have opened & Derek is dry and comfortable feeling smug, much better than standing in a doorway waiting for a meeting to open, drenched to the skin, much more comfortable for that I am grateful
take care derek

I am grateful just for waking up in the morning and feeling happy for no particular reason... feeling reborn... feeling alive. I have been feeling depressed for such a long time that it is like a breath of fresh air to me... I have finally realized there are so many wonders in the world that it is stupid to let any trifle upset you... it is a wonderful feeling, believe me!
