Speaking of the e-AA links page, I wonder if everybody knows here that links from that page are allowable in the forums according to our Links Policy? (see viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8)

We had one resourceful member of this group submit his "outside" link to the links editor (there's a form for doing that at the bottom of the Links front page http://www.e-aa.org/links/). Not only did he get his AA group listed in our links, but he could then link to it in his forum profile. I call that fairly ingenious!

So -- if you'd like to have your AA-related site included here, here's an option that works, as far as I'm concerned  .

Other than that, due to the necessity to streamline our spam hunting here in the forums, I will be removing any links from profiles which are not aa.org, e-aa.org, al-anon.alateen.org or other world-wide GSO domain related.

There's about 20 folk with some lovely sites listed and I hope they submit their personal faves to our Links editor so that they can continue to be shown in their profiles.

Any comments, feedback, questions welcome, either to the topic or me personally --

Hello again,

Hoping to get your attention, if you are interested in keeping a friendly link in your profile --

please submit any link you'd like e-AA to host to the Links Editor using the form on our Links page www.e-aa.org/links

The Links Editor has the job of approving any link our online group e-AA will associate itself with. Your link, if approved, will be added to the e-AA Links, an astounding resource. Then you can use the e-AA domain link in your profile, if you so choose.

Thanks for your cooperation!

Information about our plan to remove "outside" links from profiles has been published in our business meeting, and this thread has been active for the last month.

I will be proceeding with the removal of about 15 "outside" links (non aa.org, e-aa.org, al-anon.alateen.org or other country GSO domain) in due course.

Please submit your link to the links editor using the form on our Links page www.e-aa.org/links if you would like to receive an e-AA.org domain link for including your URL in your profile.

Thanks,

Ann
