Web Team -- Technical Services

Introduction > General eAA Concepts > Procedures > Guidelines > Positions

Considered to be "special workers," they do not receive monetary compensation for their service. As special workers, their terms of service are at the discretion of the members and the web team members themselves.

Prior experience requirements, either technical or service, will be determined by the membership as replacements are needed.

The Web Team Chair is selected by the members of the Web Team. Prior membership in the group is not a requirement; however, once selected for the position the individual will subscribe to the members email list and maintain membership throughout his or her service.

The Team maintains the e-AA software installed on the server (forums, toolbox, ballot, and databases), website updates, and certain backups. The Team communicates and works with the ISP, Listkeeping, Venues, and other e-AA Committees providing guidance, support, and options as requested.

Our e-AA forum contains more Web Team information.
